B. Placing Orders or Ordering our Products. The Website allows you to purchase or order our products. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only helpfully and lawfully. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this website. 

To purchase any products on this website, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age;

2. provide us with valid payment information associated with a credit card; and

3. authorize us to charge your credit card for the product/s you requested/ordered, together with any applicable taxes, fees, and/or shipping charges described on the website.

If an order is placed after our office and/or operation hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mondays through Fridays Pacific Standard Time), or on legal holidays, or day/s, we have no operation/s (explicitly announced or not), the order would be processed the next business day. Processing that leads to shipping would take about 1-2 days, depending on the volume of orders we have on any given day. Once it is processed, it would be shipped out, and the duration of delivery depends on the carrier you have chosen.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order/s that we deemed to be fraudulent even if we have already received a payment. It will be reverted or refunded to the credit card used to purchase the said product.

We stand behind the products that we sell. However, we accept returns for a limited period following a purchase, and it is your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased. Please click here to read our full returns policy.

C. International Orders. By confirming your order for shipment outside the United States, you agree to the additional terms contained in this section.

We will ship International Orders 10-20 business days after receipt and settlement of payment. This is to avoid fraudulent transaction/s.

You will be responsible for giving us the correct Shipping Address; if any error arising from a wrong address caused the shipment/s was returned to us, you would be borne the reshipment cost, fees, and/or applicable taxes it may incur.

D. Shipping Limitations and/or Policies. When an order is placed, you will be responsible for shipping, and it will be shipped to an address that is the same as the Billing Address associated with the credit card used by you or the purchaser unless otherwise requested. However, this request could be granted on the following grounds:

1. You (the user and/or customer) must be transacting with the Company for at least 3 to 6 months;

2. Your shipping address and billing address, including your other contact information, which includes email and/or phone number, has been verified by our Customer Services; and

3. No other fraudulent transactions and/or returns under your name for at least two years.

We ship mainly in the entire US, including Hawaii and Alaska; we are also shipping into Canada and Japan. However, the United States Postal Services (USPS) and/or FedEx services the areas given above and/or the shipping address given by you or the customer.

We also do an in-store pick-up in our Tigard, Oregon store/location only. Please click here for directions. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be filled. Our Customer services will call you when your order is ready for pick-up.

We may also charge you handling fees to cover any incidental expenses relative to your order, such as but not limited to credit card processing.

E. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes our practices with regards to personally identifiable information that we collect through our website. The Privacy Policy is incorporated with these Terms and Conditions by reference, and by using the website, you agree with these Terms and Conditions wholly and generally.

All Optimum/MHL Products are 100% sales guaranteed. A credit or exchange will be facilitated with the customer that purchased the products through the Magno-Humphries, Inc. website or phone orders when the following return procedures are met, as outlined below:

1. Any return must first receive a Return Authorization number (RA #) from our Customer Services before returning. No returned product/s will be accepted without an RA Number. RA Number can be acquired by calling 1-800-935-6737 ext. 100 or ext 125;

2. All shipping errors, over shipments, shortages, or incorrect items, must be reported to customer services within ten business days of receipt of order. Upon approval and verification of the error, full credit will be given. Shipping errors reported after ten business days from the date of receipt will not be accepted for full credit;

3. Return the product with RA # marked on the outside of the box, and any pertinent paperwork must be inside the box. Any box without the RA number marked on the box will be refused;

4. Products are to be shipped by returned freight prepaid to the address below:
